How we ship your order
We ship all orders quickly and reliably with our shipping partners. NFC products such as tags, stickers, wristbands, or key fobs are securely packaged to ensure they arrive undamaged.
Shipping times
Germany:
– Standard shipping: 2–4 working days
– Express (optional): 1–2 working days
EU countries:
– Standard shipping: 3–7 working days
International:
– Standard shipping: 7–14 working days
Please note: The delivery time begins once your order has been paid for and confirmed.

Germany:
– Standard shipping: from €4.90
– Free shipping on orders over €50
EU:
– Standard shipping: from €9.90
International:
– Standard shipping: from €14.90
The exact shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Shipment tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. This way you will always know where your package is.
Processing time
Our internal processing time is normally 1 working day.
Larger orders or individually programmed NFC tags may take up to 2-3 working days.
Delivery to parcel lockers
We also deliver to DHL Packstations within Germany.
Please enter your postal code and Packstation address correctly at checkout.
Damaged or missing shipments
Should your delivery arrive damaged or missing:
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Please attach photos of the packaging and the product (if damaged).
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund immediately.
